Privacy policy
We collect as little data as possible. This site sets no cookies, shows no ads and does not track you across other websites. This page explains which data is processed when you use prakriti-yoga.com, why, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
This website is run by Anshul Bharti, Building No. 133, 251001 Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. For any question about your data or this policy, write to support@prakriti-yoga.com.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, the server automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. This is necessary to deliver the page and keep the service secure. Netlify keeps these logs only for a short time. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) to count visits. It sets no cookies, does not use fingerprinting and does not build user profiles. It records anonymous information such as the page viewed, the referring website, country, browser type and page speed. We cannot identify you from these statistics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding which guides are useful (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
No cookies, one local setting
This site sets no cookies. If you choose a language, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage (the entry “prakriti-lang”), so the site opens in the right language next time. This value stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings. On the English pages your browser also checks its own time zone, on your device only, to show the rupee (UPI) checkout to visitors in India. If you choose “Pay with card or PayPal instead”, that choice is remembered in the entry “prakriti-region”. Neither the time zone nor this entry is sent to us.
Fonts
All fonts are stored on our own server. Your browser does not connect to Google or any other font service.
E-book and free plan (Payhip)
The e-book and the free back pain plan are sold and delivered by Payhip (Payhip Ltd, United Kingdom). When you click a buy button or “Get the free plan”, you go to payhip.com, where you enter your email address and, for a purchase, your payment details. Payment details are handled by Payhip and its payment providers; we never see them. The e-book page also loads Payhip’s script for the buy button, which connects your browser to Payhip.
From Payhip we receive your name, email address and order details so that we can deliver your download and help with support questions. If you agree to receive updates when you get the free plan, we may occasionally email you about new guides; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for updates, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Payhip’s own privacy policy applies on its pages: payhip.com/privacy.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply and keep the conversation for as long as needed to handle your request. Our mailbox is hosted by Titan (Flock FZ-LLC). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Affiliate links
Some pages may contain affiliate links, for example to iHerb through the Partnerize network. These links are marked. If you click one, the shop may use cookies or similar technology on its own website to record that the visit came from us. We do not receive any personal data about you, only anonymous reports of commissions. The privacy policy of the shop you visit applies there.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw any consent at any time. To use these rights, write to support@prakriti-yoga.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the site changes, for example when we add a new service. The date at the top shows the latest version.
